Top 5 Parks in Your Neighborhood

Get back your roots and allow yourself a moment to escape the day-to-day routine by exploring one of the many beautiful parks located right in your backyard. Studies show that today’s children aren’t spending enough time outdoors and instead, spending far too much time staring at electronic devices, causing them to develop a disconnect from the natural world. Not allowing ourselves enough time outside greatly increases our risk of developing a number of health related issues. With that said, pack a picnic, grab the kids, and start exploring! These parks are a great way to allow yourself some much-needed relaxation time and help the little ones grow into healthy, happy adults.
